Douglas Glenn, FSCP®
Financial professional
As the founder of North Hills Financial, Doug brings a client-first approach to financial services, always acting in the best interest of those he serves. His mission is to protect families from the common pitfalls of retirement by making complex financial concepts simple and easy to understand.
A proud native of the North Hills, Doug uses his local insight and professional experience to build clear, customized retirement strategies. As an FSCP® (Financial Services Certified Professional®), he possesses practical knowledge in business practices, client relations, and ethical conduct.
Doug is committed to growth and mentorship, and is actively building a strong team, with three new agents currently working with North Hills Financial.
Outside of his practice, Doug stays involved in the community as a dedicated youth soccer coach. He holds a FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses through NYLIFE Securities LLC, as well as Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses in both Pennsylvania and New York. He is dedicated to serving families in the area and helping them achieve secure financial futures.

I have over a decade of experience in the financial services and insurance industry, and specialize in providing holistic financial plans to young families, pre-retirees, and business owners.
After serving in the United States Army Special Forces, I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where I majored in Economics and have attained my FSCP® designation through the American College of Financial Services.
I am a committed husband to my wife, Abby, and father of three young boys, Levi, Caden, and Cole.
